With a background in documentary photography, Reiner Riedler has been traveling the world since 2004 for his project , and here provides a perplexed look at our society of leisure. WIth an eye for the humorous and the absurd, he lends his attention to the details, plays with the fantasy of the the situations and reveals – behind this pasteboard environnments peopled with fictional characters as well as real holydaymakers – the presence of reality there where it is designed to be only an illusion.
